MANZER GUITARS | ACOUSTIC: ARCHTOP SERIES | All Manzer archtops use only highest grade aged spruce tops and curly maple back, sides, and neck. Other features include an ebony fingerboard, bridge, and floating pickguard, as well as a gold plated height adjustment for the ebony tailpiece, and Schaller machine heads. Body depth is 3 in. at the side and 5 in. at the middle, a scale length of 25.25 in. (64 cm), and an overall length of 41 in. (104.5 cm) - except the Absynthe, which is 43 in. long (109 cm). Prices typically start over $20,000. The Au Naturel is 17 in. wide across the lower bout, and features all wood binding, highest grade woods, Orchid inlay and signature on the peghead, plain fingerboard, and art deco f-holes. This model is available in a Blonde finish. The Blue Note model has a five-ply maple/mahogany top and back, with curly maple sides and a body width of 16 in. Other features include an "In body" custom made PAF pickup that delivers rich warm tone with on-board volume and tone controls. Finished in a Light Tangerine Honey Burst, with all ebony appointments. The JazzCAT is a 17 in. all wood model with contemporary A soundholes, bevelled veneered peghead, and Manzer signature inlay. This model is equipped with a Manzer JazzCAT pickup with adjustable pole pieces, and is finished in Honey Tangerine. The 18 in. Absynthe has deluxe binding, highest grade woods, ebony bound fingerboard with split block inlay, and Orchid with engraved mother-of-pearl scroll inlay of peghead. This model is available in Blonde or custom colors. Models intoduced in 2004 include "The Trio." These three guitars include the Wildwood, Classic Archtop, and the Paradiso. | |
