JUNIOR
Instruments previously produced by Gibson between 1919 and 1926. See chapter on House Brands.
This trademark has been identified as a Gibson built budget line available from 1919 through 1926. The pegheads carry no logo, and essentially are no-frills versions of low-end Gibsons. They will have a label different from the standard Gibson label of the time, but still credit Gibson as the manufacturer. As a Gibson-built budget line instrument these guitars do not have an adjustable truss rod in the neck. Source: Walter Carter, Gibson Guitars: 100 Years of an American Icon.
