Grimes' models include several models. The Beamer, a double soundhole flattop acoustic that is constructed with highly figured wood (list $6,500, Nylon-string version is $6,900). The Hapa model is similar to the Beamer with two soundholes, but it features a cutaway body (list $6,600, nylon-string version is $7,000). The LC Model is an oval center hole flattop guitar designed for Larry Coryell introduced in 2003 (list $6,900, nylon-string version is $7,400). The Kula Rose is an archtop guitar with a single cutaway (list $10,500). The Jazz Nouveau is an archtop model with a flat back in curly maple or curly koa (list $9,000). The Montreux is an archtop model with arched and arched top and back, European spruce top, and figured German maple back and sides (list $12,800). The Jazz Laureate is a full body arch top with select aged German and Austrian tone woods (list $16,000). A nylon-string archtop lists for $10,500, and the "Tiny Grimes" mini parlor lists for $5,500.
Grimes has also produced anniversary models. The 25th Anniversary model was released in 1999 and is still available for $22,000. The 30th Anniversary model lists for $26,000, and Stephen is currently taking orders for the 35th Anniversary, which will be due for release in 2008.
