Froggy Bottom Guitars are available in several different body shapes/styles as well as several trim levels and body wood configurations.
Body Shape/Style:
Small Body Guitars:
Parlor Model L, Parlor 12-fret (P12), Parlor 14-fret (P14), Concert 12-fret (A12), Grand Concert Model M, Grand Concert 12-fret (H12), Grand Concert 14-fret (H14).
Full-Size Guitars: Dreadnought 12-fret (D12), Dreadnought 14-fret (D), Model F12, Model F14, Model K, Model SJ.
Jumbo Guitars: Model B-12, Model G, Model J.
Trim Levels:
Basic
: The Basic style offers maple trim, a single herringbone rosette ring, eight-ply top purfling, mother-of-pearl peghead logo, a Brazilian rosewood bridge, and chrome Schaller tuners. This option is now discontinued.
Standard: The Standard options go one step up with an ebony bridge, abalone position markers, an abalone logo, two-ring rosette, maple end inlay and heel cap, and back and side purfling.
Deluxe: Further options in the Deluxe category include an abalone rosette, curly maple neck heel trim, Gold Schaller tuners, a bound headstock, and a distinctive fretboard inlay.
Limited: The Limited style option offers an abalone back seam inlay and abalone top trim inlay to the preceding steps.
Custom: The Custom style is entirely different as it is typically a player's own choices on the guitar. When there have been some serious alterations to the body and ornamentation, it is classified as Custom.
Body Wood: Standard woods include mahogany, East Indian rosewood, maple, walnut, and koa. Prices start at $5,325 and models with options range up to well over $10,000.
