Jerry Nolte has been producing handcrafted instruments since 1971. Nolte's guitars are available in six-string, twelve-string, tenor, and bass configurations. His acoustics feature cedar or spruce tops; three-piece mahogany necks; rosewood fingerboard and bridge; back and sides of American black walnut, maple, koa, and cherry; and hand-rubbed violin varnish. The order process includes a $350 down payment, which is non-refundable. Base prices vary from very from model to model, but are generally in the $2,000 range plus options.
