DAKOTA
Instruments previously built in Asia. Previously distributed by Sound Trek Distributors of Tampa, FL.
Dakota Guitars' acoustic models were constructed with traditional "old world" craftsmanship augmented by high-tech computer designs. Dakota models are named after America's rare wildlife, and are quite recognizable by their abalone bound headstock which features a white pearl "Snow-covered mountain top" inlay. 200 of each model were slated for production to "create an added excitement and collectible factor," but it is unknown how many of each guitar were actually produced.
