Luthier Marc Beneteau builds custom flattop acoustic guitars in his St. Thomas shop. Beneteau met Jean Larrivee of Larrivee Guitars in 1974 and decided to start building his own acoustic guitars. Currently, Beneteau offers several body styles available in many wood selections and other options. Prices start around $5,000 and he builds about twenty-five guitars a year.
