 AXL | | ACOUSTIC | | Axl produced the Songwriter and Studio series acoustic guitars. All of these guitars are dreadnoughts in style. The Songwriter Series was offered as the AG-700, which has a Canadian sitka spruce top and mahogany back and sides. This last retailed for $199. The AG-710 is the same as the AG-700 except has Indian rosewood back and sides and last retailed for $239. The Studio series is the same as the Songwriter series except features a solid Sitka spruce top. The AG-705 has mahogany back and sides like the AG-700 and last retailed for $229. The AG-715 has Indian rosewood back and sides and last retailed for $279. Essentially, there are four models that are the same with wood differences separating them. | |
