Austin offers several different styles of guitars: 3/4-sized, classical, folk, dreadnought, left-handed models, and 12-string models. For acoustic models there are three series and each one is better than the last: Intermediate (low), Deluxe (mid), and Custom (high).
The Intermdiate line of guitars all start with 3. The student series are entry level guitars that include the AU132 and AU134 models which are of folk and classical designs (disc., last MSR was $55). The AU334N is a 3/4-sized nylon guitar (MSR $90) and the AU334S is a 3/4-sized folk guitar (MSR $100). The AU336N is a Standard Classic guitar (MSR $100) and the AU336S is a Standard Folk guitar (MSR $110). The AU 341 S Dreadnought (MSR $150), which has a spruce top,
mahogany back and sides, and a rosewood fingerboard. The AU 339 N 39 Guitar (MSR $120) is a classical model with a spruce top, agathis back and sides, nato/mahogany neck, and hardwood fingerboard.
The Deluxe series start with 5. The AU502 Concert Folk has a spruce top, mahogany back/sides, and a rosewood fingerboard (MSR $209). The AU 506 Ozark features a rosewood bridge, chrome tuners, and a gloss finish (MSR $229, also available in left-handed configuration and black finish MSR $239). The 12-string AU 518 Osage dreadnought has a laminated spruce top, mahogany back and sides, hardwood bridge and fingerboard, chrome tuners, five-ply body binding, and a pearl inlaid logo (MSR $289). The AU560 Concert Classic (MSR $209) has a laminated spruce top, mahogany back/sides/neck, rosewood bridge and fingerboard, and inlaid marquetry soundhole rosette. The AU565 Concert Classic Cutaway is the same as the AU560, except has a single cutaway (MSR $329).

The Custom Series was introduced in 2004. These guitars are built with better woods, higher quality construction, and retail for a slightly higher price. The AU532 Parlor has a solid spruce top, rosewood back and sides, and white snowflake inlays (MSR $299). The AU536QTS Dreadnought has a spruce top with a quilted maple veneer, mahogany back and sides, and snowflake inlays (MSR $299). The AU538 Dreadnought has a solid cedar top, mahogany back and sides, and open hexagaon inlays (MSR $329). The AU541 Dreadnought has a solid spruce top, rosewood back and sides, and hexagon inlays (MSR $399), The AU550 Dreadnought is the same as the AU541 except has the tree-of-life inlay in the neck (MSR $449). The AU570 Custom Rosewood Classic guitar has a solid spruce top and rosewood back and sides (MSR $349). The AU578 Custom Rosewood is the same as the AU570 except has a solid cedar top (MSR $349).
Austin guitars typically sell around 70% of the retail price, and used guitars in excellent condition are valued between 40% and 60% of the retail price.
